A dear and close friend of mine has recently been diagnosed with scleroderma, an autoimmune condition. This condition is complex & has many different symptoms which can affect internal organs. Seeing the effect this has had on her  and the fact it is quite rare I want to do something to support her and others that are suffering from this condition.
