Steve and I are taking part in this years London to Amsterdam charity cycle ride in aid of Prostate Cancer. This is a great event that supports an amazing charity. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men and it impacts too many lives. In fact;
◾ Every hour one man dies from prostate cancer – that's more than 10,500 men every year.
◾ 1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer in their lifetime.

Those of you who know me will almost laugh at the prospect of me completing this challenge; 145 miles over 2 days!, but your sponsorship will make the hard training miles and the challenge very much worth the pain. Steve is a seasoned cyclist but has always wanted to take part in such an event and especially for such a great cause.

We truly appreciate every penny you can spare, no matter how small.
