At late notice, and not having riden a push bike for the best part of ten years I am going to attempt to ride form London to Southend in aid of the British Heart Foundation. It presents a good opportunity for me to challenge myself, and for everyone else to watch me suffer being saddle sore for three days after.

The ride is approximately 52 miles from Vicky Park, Hackney to Southend, Essex.

Feel free to give as much or as little as you like. I have set the target at £200 but if we could smash this it would be brilliant.
