I have become a regular runner for the Race for life at Ipswich, last year was very hard for me as I had just lost a very close friend to this awful decease, so this year I am more determend  to complete and enjoy once again,

Please come along on that day to give support to me and everyone who takes part, the day is such good atmosphere so please if you are not doing anything come alone.

I myself are not asking for pennies but I am for my dear friend and many more, research is still continuing and hopefully one day there will be a cure,
