Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Some of you may remember that I did my first ever charity bike ride in 2014......for some reason I've agreed to do it again!!!
Don't ask me why, particularly don't ask me when I'm cycling up Petit Bot Hill, or L'Eree Hill, or Havelet or Pleinmont or......in deed I suppose any hill while training. The moral is that which doesn't kill you makes you stronger, eventually.
This time we aren't cycling around Brittany, we're cycling around an (I'm sure) equally hilly different part of France, Normandy. Starting near the battlefields and making our way, via Mont Saint Michel, to St Malo.
The problem with doing something the second time is that you know how tough it is. You can't kid yourself that it'll be easy (ish) because you know it won't.
I had fantastic financial support the first time around and while I don't expect as many of you to contribute this time around, as ever if you are able it will make every bruise that much more bearable (I do tend to fall off quite often.....but only when stationary (blinking cleats!)).
Thank you so much.
xx
