I am taking part in memory of my wonderful dad Stafford, who died of Cardiovascular Disease back in 2004. My Grandfather, on my Mother's side, also had two heart attacks during his life & my Nan, on my Mother's side, suffers with Angina. So, you could say that this is close to my 'heart'!
