I am helping to raise money for new dialysis equipement, theses machines keep so many people alive. A very close friend of ours and our kids god mother her son relied on this when he became very poorly with kidney failure he  had to use this regularly while he waited for a new kidney from his mum they are now both fit and healthy and recovered amazingly. So now it's my turn in trying to help them reach their target off 25,000 pounds in 10 years
