Me and Ray (Dad) have decided to take the plunge and cycle Lands End to John O Groats in May this year, this is something we have both wanted to do and as Ray is now retired it seems like the perfect opportunity. We are aiming to cycle 100miles a day over 9days.

We are excited for what will be the most physical and mentally challenging experience yet, but at least we get to explore the beautiful Great British countryside along the way!
