Southern Area Hospice Services provide invaluable support and care to people living within the Southern Health Board Area, who are suffering from Cancer, Multible Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease and AIDS. 

All their services are provided free of charge and they rely heavily on voluntary donations to continue providing the special care that they do. 

They rely on 73p in every pound coming from fundraising campaigns to enable them to care and support patients and their families. The fundraising dept has to raise £2.42 million in 2016 to maintain the level of care currently available. This equates to £201,666 per month, £46,538 per week or £6,630 per day.
