Due to the ever changing  Covid-19 restrictions we will now be running the 15K on November 8^th independently in our local area/park/running machines. This option is the safest and ensures the run still takes place, even if the restrictions tighten further.

We have our ICR running vests at the ready and will ensure we take pictures and share them with all our supporters on various platforms.

15K charity run at Epsom Downs Racecourse on Sunday 8th November 

We are super excited to be taking part in our own 15K charity run at Epsom Downs Racecourse on Sunday 8th November (09:00) to raise much needed funds for the ICR ‘kick-start’ fundraising appeal. ICR's research has been on hold during the coronavirus crisis, but cancer has not. We need as much support to make up for lost time in defeating cancer.

***This event is subject to Government Covid-19 guidelines at the time of the race, measures/plans will be put in place on the day to ensure these are followed. It maybe that no spectators are allowed to attend. Staying safe is our number one priority.***
