Seb and Will are doing a very muddy cold wet Military 10km run in Usk on Saturday 30th October - SEE THE VIDEO LINK OPPOSITE!!!

Raising money for 3 African children who live in a shack in a squatter camp outside Johannesburg and are coming to England for a month in December over Christmas..

 One of the children (aged 17)  Xolani is coming to live with us. He lives with his aunt, as he is an orphan, without electricity water or sanitation, and he sleeps on straw on the floor.

He comes from a Zulu background and is a devoted Christian , He has managed to avoid turning to crime alcohol and prostitution which is rife in Lion Park( His squatter camp).He stayed with us for 2 weeks two years ago while he was singing with the African Kidzing Choir. 

A musician friend of ours  Dave Bankhead, has been instrumental in keeping us connected to these children through Malmesbury Abbey and he has visited them on several occasions during the last few years.  http://www.weareone.org.uk/

The purpose of trip is to raise their profile so we can raise some money for them for education and improved living conditions , so they can move out of their squatter camp.

 Xolani cant read or write and is having English lessons over here during his stay. Without these skills he will find it very hard to work in the future.
