5 weeks ago I decided to do a triathlon ... at that stage I had never sat on a road bike, and could not swim front crawl ..... so it continues to be a steep learning curve and a BIG challenge!

It is  a charity particularly close to our hearts as one of our dearest little friends, Leo Lane-Fox (aged 6), has recently been diagnosed with leukaemia, and the important work which this Charity does will help support darling Leo and so many others.
