Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  That's me on the left, doing a trial run earlier in the summer.  This time I'm running the London 10k the RAF Benevolent Fund - a charity really close to my heart, as it helps members of the RAF and their families in times of need.  I've seen for myself the help they've given to families of men and women I've served with.  You can read more about their work here at www.rafbf.org and hear from people they've helped.  

I've set myself a target of £200 but I hope that's just a start.  Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
