We help the hospital offer a better future to seriously ill children across the UK

Story

I am a part of a contingent of serving and ex-Royal Air Force personnel who volunteer to help GOSH CC at their Christmas Parties for the last 4 years. We normally get dressed up (see main pic - Snowman FTW) as a variety of characters and just dance along with the kids and generally just help them to have a great time. Seeing all of the inspirational kids there enjoying themselves underlines the importance of the work that GOSH CC does. In the spirit of helping out more, I applied for and am now fortunate enough to be accepted to be able to take on the Virgin Money London Marathon.

After a deferral from 2020 due to the Covid 19 situation, I have been fortunate enough to roll my place over to 2021.

Hopefully with your help, we'll be able to raise vital funds to support the continuing, fantastic work of GOSH and hopefully put a smile on a few more faces.

Every day, 619 children and young people from across the UK arrive at GOSH. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs. And every day is a chance for you to make a difference. This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support to give seriously ill children the best chance to fulfill their potential. A better future for seriously ill children starts here.
