We are the Preston Pantomime Group and today would normally have been our final dress rehearsal for our annual February half term panto. For the first time in 42 years the costumes and scenery remain silent and untouched in the cupboards! Sadly another casualty of COVID.

We have all missed each other’s company and all the last minute panic that the show brings. Of course we are really sad not to have been able to entertain you but also that we have not been able to support local charities as we usually do with our audiences help.

So, this is where we are asking for help from our lovely past audiences. Pretend you are still coming to watch but instead of paying for your ticket or your draw tickets or even your interval coffee  or ice cream make a donation to support our chosen charity, The Weymouth Foodbank.
