A little ironic for an unfit and overweight Welshman, but on 11 May, I am taking part in the Carten 100 - a one hundred mile cycle ride from Cardiff to Tenby. This year the ride is raising money for The Noah's Ark Children's Hospital Charity. The charity's aim is to ensure that the Noah’s Ark Children's Hospital for Wales has the best resources available so that the thousands of sick children treated at the hospital each year have access to the best facilities and care.
