Story
I'm raising money for The Grand Appeal to help transform the lives of sick children and their families at Bristol Children's Hospital.
On the 16th March 2002 I sadly lost my sister to a rare condition called Stephen Johnson’s Syndrome. The world stopped for my family and I, a true Gem was taken from this world. My big sister taken from us in a heartbeat. There is not a day that goes by that we all don’t miss and think of Gemma.
Gemma is my star, my guiding light, my guardian angel. It is a true honour to be able to do something for her and in her memory.
The Bristol Children’s Hospital were exceptional in their care for Gemma and for my family, in particular the Intensive Care Unit. That’s why I want to do something to give back to this incredible place as a thank you so they can continue to provide care and show the light to those in dark times.
I will be taking to the sky’s wing walking on Monday 13th April! I am terrified but also unbelievably excited to take on this challenge!
Any donations will be gratefully appreciated and will directly go into the Gemma Wingrove Star Tribute Fund for the Intensive Care Unit at the Bristol Children’s Hospital 🌟
Thank you for your support 💙
