I will be running 2021 London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise funds for Neuroblastoma UK

I am raising money for this fantastic charity because it is close to my heart.

Exactly a year ago, in July 2020 the most awful diagnosis befell one of my oldest friend’s 5 year old daughter Poppy and treatment started soon after.  

Poppy has been so brave through all her chemo and treatments this past year.  I wanted to be brave myself and do something I find (very) difficult and that is to run!  It does not come easy to me and I must say the recent hot weather hasn't helped.. It’s nothing compared to what Poppy who is just turning 6yrs in August has and is going through but Neuroblastoma UK research treatments for children to give their families treatment options and the best chance to beat this terrible cancer.
