I've decided it's time for me to get up off my tòn and do something worthwhile for a good cause. I'm going to - attempt to - run/crawl the Great Scottish Run for Macmillan Cancer Support in October...  Two days after my graduation. Yikes.

There. I've written it publicly for the world to see. No going back. The thought of the public humiliation of not going through with it now should hopefully spur me on.
