Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My mum, Christine, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on 26th January 2021 at the age of just 67.  Yorkshire Cancer research is a charity that she has supported for many years and is Yorkshire’s independent cancer charity. We have set this page up to allow us to raise money in her memory and to continue to support the excellent work the charity does. 

Due to the challenging times we continue to live in we are holding a private family funeral for my mum. We have been overwhelmed by the cards, flowers, love and support we have received and my Dad is very thankful to everyone who has been in touch. We know in other circumstances so many of you would have been there to pay their respects and it is sad that for my mum this can’t happen. In church we will still hold a collection and we will split any donations received between St Mary’s Church in Hambleton and Yorkshire Cancer Research.
