Sophie and I have decided to do this 'Sponsored Silence' event as a way to raise money for Cancer Research UK, for our good friend Lisa, who some of you may know has been fighting (and winning may I add) this nasty disease for years now - and shes not about to give up yet.

However small or big it doesnt matter, every little helps - almost everyone has suffered either themselves or by knowing someone who has suffered from Cancer!

Soph and I work together so will be carrying out the Sponsored Silence from 8am untill 4.30 pm, this includes no speaking, no IM (at work), no texting, no phone calls, or facebook!
