This year had been a tough one but there is light at the end of the tunnel!

My big sister Lou was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in April. She had a double mastecomy in July (with a little tummy tuck thrown in!)

She is currently having chemotherapy 4 down 2 to go! She is the bravest person I know and I love her very much!

Roll on January as she has promised to assist me in my running training and no doubt be there cheering me on at the sidelines.
