I am going to run a marathon to raise funds for Cancer Research as this charity is very close to my heart. I have lost grandparents to this dreadful disease and most recently a cousin who was far too young to be taken. I also have a cousin still fighting! So many people are affected by this. If we all stand up together we can make a difference.

Please sponsor me for my very first marathon. I have never run this distance before.

Remember that you are not only sponsoring me for the epic 26.2 miles around Brighton - but for the endless training runs, the dark mornings that I have to drag myself out of a warm bed to run, the rainy days that chill to the bone, the aches, the pains and the hunger!
