I am running the BUPA Great North Run on September 19th in aid of Autistica, a charity which seeks to use biomedical research to bring benefits to individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorders.

I chose Autistica because a close family member is autistic and the more I can do to raise money for such a good cause, the better.
