Story

I had pneumonia in March of this year, a parting gift from my Papa, and I was determined to do the Mount Ephraim 10K again this year as back then I couldn't breathe very well and I had put on a load of weight convalescing.  (The picture above is me last year just after the race)!

I have also become aware of fund raising for The Brain Tumour Charity via The Silas Pullen Fund and felt it better to raise money for a good cause rather than just do the run as a personal goal.  Silas Pullen was a boy at Bertie's school and although we never met him we have become very aware of the fund raising efforts of others and of course of his sad story.
