Over 100 women are murdered by their partners each year and thousands of men and women suffer horrendous domestic abuse on a daily basis.

Children are often the hidden victims of domestic violence and can be left emotionally traumatised because of what they've witnessed or experienced.

I'm cycling along with 100 other people to raise awareness of the problem and also to raise vital funds to help support children.
