Mike, Josh (who's our 5 year old son) and I are going to be running/pushing the 5k colour run in London - which will be a lot of fun, but we're doing it for a serious reason.

My dad has recently been diagnosed with oesophageal cancer and is about to start treatment. He has a long battle ahead of him and the work Cancer Research has done in the past will be invaluable for what he is about to go through. I want to help with raising money for those that contract cancer in the future. The more research that can be done the closer we get to beating one of the most devastating illnesses. It's about time we all stood up to cancer and told it where to go, I have lost too many people to it and I'm not about to lose anyone else.

We appreciate anything you can give and we would love to be able to reach our target and potentially smash it!
