Children in Need 2021
THE BiG ROW CHALLENGE
Throughout the first lockdown in 2020 I challenged myself to bulid up my fitness levels by walking with my walker. I have Cerebral palsy. Over the 6 month period I managed to walk 75 miles. Not only did this improve my fitness but also my mental health.
Ever since I was a young child I have watched and supported Children in Need and I have witnessed, fìrst hand, how individuals have benefited from the generosity of donations. At this time of crisis I have decided to challenge myself again and in the process I hope to raise money for this incredible charity.
Inspired by Sir Captain Tom Moore and other incredible fundraisers, please support me on my quest to row the English Channel, 21 miles, 21 times without even leaving my house!
Over the past year, I have heard the devastating effects that the pandemic has brought to many families across the UK on top of their existing daily struggles. I would love to play a small part in helping families to build up their lives and bring a smile back to their faces.
Any donations will be gratefully received, I will keep you updated on my quest, every penny helps! Thank you in advance ... let’s get rowing! 🚣♀️ 😊
