The three of us are taking part in the Warwickshire relay triathlon this October, Sarah will be swimming, Emma will be cycling and Gilda will bring us across the finish line with a 5K run! We decided to do this as a personal challenge - something that seemed like a great idea whilst sat in our warm office last winter - and to raise some money for the British Heart Foundation.

All three of us know someone affected by heart disease or a heart condition and want to help the charity to continue the amazing work it does in funding ground-breaking research and providing care and support to those affected.
