This September me and Alex will be joining an amazing group of cyclists cycling from Malin Head to Mizen Head.

Over 4 days we'll be cycling 640km from the top to bottom of Ireland all to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis Ireland. 

Ireland has the highest incidence of Cystic Fibrosis in the world. 1 in 19 Irish people carry one copy of the gene which causes Cystic Fibrosis. 

Cystic Fibrosis Ireland was initially set up by parents in 1963 to improve treatment and facilities for CF patients. Today fundraising for Cystic Fibrosis Ireland provides money for Cystic Fibrosis units all over the country and for medical and scientific research aimed to understanding, managing and treating CF.
