I'm going to be abseiling down the (very, very tall) Spinnaker Tower in Gunwharf on the 22nd April to raise money for the Southern Spinal Injuries Trust. This charity supports the Duke of Cornwall Spinal Treatment Centre in Salisbury and does fantastic work helping people in the South of England with spinal cord injuries. If you can spare some money to help fund their valuable work I would be very grateful!
