It started innocently enough- taking part in the 5k Race For Life at the Norfolk Show Ground with a  lovely group of ladies known as #NorRaceChicks - now 5 months, a10k race and numerous timed "parkruns" far too early on a saturday morning later (all entirely due to the informal very supportive running club that emerged from that first 5k) I find myself with a bit of a running habit planning to run at the Norfolk Show Ground again. Only this time it’s a half marathon. Eek!

As someone who was never first to be picked for any team in PE I’m not expecting to break any records, I will be glad just to have done it and hopefully in the process raise £200 for Macmillan Cancer Care who do so much for those living with cancer
