As you may know, my nephew was born in November and needed an operation to remove a kidney and is having chemotherapy for treatment of a type of cancer. The Childrens Hospital looked after, and are continuing to look after him well and I wanted to do something to raise money to give something back and help them continue to help many children with different illnesses and conditions.

I have done a couple of triathlons before, but neither included a swim in an outdoor pond - not a swimming pool! I aim to beat my times before and have been training to make me feel less awful at the end than last time!
