We break down barriers that hold girls back to make sure every girl can go to school.

Story

In these last few months I have come to realise, more than ever, the importance of education and the opportunity to access school in addition to the value of health.

I decided to try and combine these thoughts and to do something to help people less fortunate than myself. I am attempting to do this in two ways.

First, I will be chopping my very long hair to make a wig for a cancer stricken child (thanks to the Little Princess Trust).

Secondly, I am trying to raise money for girls' education via the Malala fund which is a cause that is very close to my heart. Did you know that today there are more than 130 million girls of school-going age not actually in school all around the world?! I would like it if you could support me in raising money

I'll be cutting half a meter (20 inches) of my hair. I know my target is rather ambitious, but let's see where I get to.

Thank you so much for reading this and for any support you feel able to give.

Wish me luck!
