My son Sam completed suicide in 2012.

Hearts forever broken. Lives forever changed.

Our family has a history of mental ill health. CLASP charity work hard to raise the profile of the needs of those affected by mental ill health.

A ten mile walk around London organised by CLASP charity this coming Saturday. Thousands of people will be walking to make a difference. Your donation and support will make a difference. Both myself and my sister and friend Becky are walking together. A challenge that I hope I can rise to.
