I will be 67 this year and I am going to run one last Half Marathon for charity. The training has started already and I have already raised 96% of my initial target by asking for cash in lieu of Christmas presents ( plus I’ve sold some of my gear ). Before I retired as a midwife our hospital had introduced voluntary cord blood donations from newly delivered women. This is only one way that the Anthony Nolan Trust receive donated stem cells. Below is a summary of their work.
