On 4th August, I will be taking part in Prudential Ride London, a 100 mile cycling sportive. 

This will be the most mentally and physically challenging thing I’ve ever put my body through (and probably ever will) and I’d really appreciate your support in helping me to fundraise for such a fantastic charity!
