We provide support to people affected by AS to change and improve lives for the better.

Story

It’s my 50 th birthday year and so I want to set myself a challenge  whilst raising funds for a charity close to my heart. 

I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis when I was 17. It’s very much part of my life and  I am determined to stay fit and healthy for as long as I am able.
