Story

Sanditon fans support the most treasured Austen site in the World!

Jane Austen’s House Museum is where Jane was inspired to create and write her classic plots of intrigue and romance. What better way for the #SanditonSisterhood to be a part of Jane’s legacy than by helping to raise funds for this wonderful museum.

This independent museum is always a worthy charity to donate too, but this time we have supported a special project.
Jane and Cassandra Austen exemplified the bond of sisterhood. The #SanditonSisterhood helped Jane Austen's House with the last bit of funds needed to recreate Cassandra's Orchard in the courtyard of Jane Austens House to celebrate her life and legacy.

Since the Orchard target is reached and the Orchard is opened, the next donations are for everything else that is needed to upkeep, repair and preserve Jane's home for future generations.
