Anybody who knew Samuel will know of his incredibly generous and kind nature. In honour of his memory, it seems fitting to follow his example and raise money for an incredibly worthy cause such as the London Northwest Healthcare Charitable Fund, as chosen by Samuel's loving parents.

All money donated goes to helping the amazing staff in London North West deliver the best care possible to their patients. 

There will be a donation box at the memorial service also, should that be more convenient.
