On the 9th of October, I will be running the Bournemouth Supersonic 10K for Asthma and Lung UK.  I chose this charity as my mum not only has asthma but has set up the London children and young people's asthma programme and is currently involved in the #askaboutasthma campaign.  As such, I thought I would do my part in helping raise money to make sure that one day everyone can breathe clean air with healthy lungs.
