Story

Colleagues from Samsic UK will be taking part in a variety of activities and challenges throughout 2021 to raise money in support of the Rainbow Trust Children's Charity.

Our challenges so far include,

Skydive in January 2020 completed by our Finance Director Bal Brreach - Completed.

160ft Bungee Jump by our Oracle Account Manager John Norris.

BM 50km Bike Ride  by our Chief Operating Officer Ian Leeding and the Managing Director of our JPC brand John Conry, Compliance Manager Andrew Bryan and Divisional Manager Derek Simpson.

Serpentine 2 mile Swim by our Head of Bids and Proposals Joanne Smith.

10 MILLION step challenge during February 2021 by our team members across Samsic and JPC by Samsic.

Double Marathon by Jonathan Mackie, our Commercial Director, who will be running both the London and Paris marathons during October 2021.

We chose the Rainbow Trust as our corporate charity partner for 2021 because it provides essential support and care for families in acute need. They enable families who have a child with a life-threatening illness to make the most of precious time together; providing expert practical and emotional support, where they need it, for as long as it is needed.

Samsic is proud to support the Trust and we aim to fundraise to provide as many hours of care as possible.

Just £26 will provide one hour of care, providing precious respite for families in need.
