We give practical & emotional support to victims and witnesses of crime

Story

I have always wanted to attempt the 3 Peaks Challenge again, but this time within 24 hours.  This year was going to be the year to try.  Having persuaded a few other “willing” volunteers to join me, at Christmas we hatched our plan to climb Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon, and driving between them, in 24 hours.

Lithgae Lads Alan, Bobby and I have been training hard and the day is nearly upon us.  The boots are ready, we are ready and Simon, our driver for the challenge is also ready!

Hopefully we all make it back in one piece and are still able to walk!

As you may know I work as a volunteer for the Witness Service at the Sheriff Court in Livingston.  There is very little funding for the support work that we do and as much as I was not attempting this challenge to raise money, I have been persuaded that this might be a good opportunity to do just that.

It would mean a lot to me if you would support us in our challenge and help raise some much needed funds for the Witness Service along the way.
