YMCA Lakeside has been working hard to raise £6.8 million to redevelop the School facility due to a lack of capital investment since the 1990’s. We need your support to keep changing young lives.

Story

At Lakeside they’ve been ‘changing and enhancing the lives of children and young people', especially the most disadvantaged, across the UK for over 50 years. Many of the buildings have been in continual use since they first opened and desperately need to be replaced in a complete transformation. One million have had the opportunity to take part in a ‘Lakeside experience’ since the centre first opened its doors in the1950s. Every year over 180 different schools and youth groups use the centre bringing with them 7000 children and young people.

This is a fantastic cause that needs financial support to continue to go from strength to strength.  We’re lucky enough to have the opportunity to do a tandem dive with the Red Devils in July (date may change due to weather). They may have to push us out but we WILL do this......and scream the entire way down!! This is the first time we’ve done anything like this. Please support disadvantaged children by supporting us! Thanks, Samm & Libby
