As you may already know my partner (in crime) is a Royal Marine Commando. They are an elite amphibious force trained to withstand the most extreme environments. 

I have the opportunity to complete the 17K commando endurance course that Bruce took as part of his basic training. I want to show him I can do it... And that my mind will not wrap! It involves wading through rivers, lots of mud, slushy tunnels and the famous 'sheep dip'.

The funds raised will be split between the Devon Air Ambulance Trust and Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund. 

One day Bruce, myself and further down the line, our family may need the supoort of the RMCTF. I feel it is important to raise funds to enable them to continue their hard work... Especially when we may need their support. 

A few of the things they do are to assist in rehab following injury as well as integrating troops back into civilian life, along with family support if a bootneck dies during service. 

I would be extremely grateful for any donations however large or small... Pennies make pounds after all.
