I have agreed to do the FULL Tough Mudder with my fellow H4H Team. As most of you know I am extremely passionate about supporting the men and women who have served in our armed forces. After losing a family member in Afghanistan it made me realise that I needed to make a difference somehow. My thoughts were that nothing is too little and any contribution is worth it. 

This will be a challenge for me, however what will help me get to the finishing line is knowing that I am doing it for our Beneficiaries and that will give me the strength to push through. They battle with challenges every day of their lives - so I CAN complete this and raise money for them. I am sure there will be blood, sweat, tears oh and lots of MUD. 

The dirtier we get the better.... please donate for the guys and girls and in particular for our Maldoon who I know would be laughing at how unfit I am.
