Story

Helloooo!

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my page!

In April this year, I will be embarking on my third ever Marathon, and I was lucky enough to get a ballot space for London. Sadly, in the later part of the year, my gorgeous friend Janey of over 20 years was diagnosed with breast cancer, which has come as a shock to us all as she is in her early 40's and quite frankly, it really flippin sucks. Janey, being the most resilient, stubborn and determined gal I have ever known, through morbid humour and honest social media posts, is facing her cancer challenges with the most amazing strength and winning attitude and we are all just in awe of her! She's has also adopted the mantra - when life gives you lemons you make lemonade, and she is firmly squeezing them!

So after Janey's news, I realised I needed to put my marathon space to good use and so I asked her to chose a charity for me to run for - I mean, if I am going to run I might as well raise some money for a good cause! So Janey chose Breast Cancer Now, an incredible charity for support and research into breast cancer.

On the 21st April, I will be running for Janey and every single person out there who has been affected by this awful disease, and I would be over the moon for any donations in pot.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my page and one last thing before I sign off - Make sure you check those boobies!
