We fund research and provide support to improve blood cancer patients' lives

Story

I am now 19months post treatment for Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (blood cancer) and although I’m beyond grateful to be alive, every day I still suffer from the side affects of the gruelling chemotherapy and radiotherapy regime.

It’s all thanks to kind donations that Bloodwise (and other cancer charities) can carry out life saving research so that more people like myself are able to survive their diagnosis.

By running the marathon I want to raise money to help fund their research into finding these cures, but also to discover new, less destructive treatments - so future cancer patients don’t have to suffer with lifelong side affects.

I am looking forward to the big day (April 26th) after months of hard work and training for this event, and I’m forever grateful for the continued support I’ve received from you all since the start of my journey!

No amount is too small and your donation WILL make a big difference!

Thanks for taking the time to read my page, Sam x
