I’ve been running for several years, and last year decided to take part in my first full marathon. This will be a great achievement for myself but also an opportunity to raise money for a very worthy cause too. 

I have a 16 week strict programme to follow, training 4 times a week to give myself the best chance of completing the marathon in my best time. 

St Clare’s hospice is a charity supporting local families facing the most difficult journeys in life.
