Story

Sam has Achondroplasia (the most common form of dwarfism). He recently turned 13 and he  has been a patient of Evelina Children’s Hospital for most of those 13 years. He and his whole family have benefitted immensely from the care and support of the amazing team. Every pound we raise will help Evelina London do incredible things for sick children, young people and their families.

Sam will be running, cycling, scooting, skateboarding the distance of a marathon in one 24hour period. His mum and his siblings (Issy and Alex) have pledged to complete this challenge with him! And his dad Jonathan Short will run the whole thing!

About the charity

We’re an ever-growing family of people who are inspired by Evelina London Children’s Hospital’s pioneering care and passionate about supporting it. Every pound you raise will help Evelina London do incredible things for sick children, young people and their families. Be part of our amazing family.
